MAC Makeup Workshop.

Just today, I received a called from MAC Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall and was told there'd be an upcoming workshop. Here are the info given:

Venue: Sunway Resort Hotel

Time: Morning Session 11:00am to 01:00pm (20pax)
Afternoon Session 03:00pm to 05:00pm (20pax)

Fees: RM250 (Fully Redeem for MAC product RM200)

Metallic Eye Shadow in Bash 5, last collection from Bobbi Brown. Fell in love with the color and it was out of stock had to wait for a few weeks before I finally acquired it. This color is suitable for day or night use, and its easy to match with. I had a short demonstration of the cleansing oil by the SA and was amazed by the result. It makes my skin soft and not oily after trying it. The SA told me it's due to the ingredient that they used, Olive and Jojoba Oils. It conditions the skin and leaves it feeling soft and supple. Besides that, another main ingredient which is Ginger Root Extract soothes and calms the skin. I shall be demonstrating a make over on the eye shadow soon.

Hot showers can damage your skin by drying it out. Try taking a warm shower, and eventually turning the water down to cool. This will help to close your pores after the warm shower. Remember to moisturize your skin after shower with a good skin moisturizer.

Bought this at Laneige warehouse sales at MidValley. The texture of the makeup base is so light and it gives a glossy finish with SPF22. If you want to look fairer with dewy finishing, this is definately the product you would want to try. Brightener is in cream type and makes it easy to apply and good for highlighting the areas that you want to enhance. I love the smell and the texture of this product. Definatly a good buy I would say.!

Instead, make your own raw sugar body scrub -- mix together 1/2 cup raw sugar with 1/4 cup light oil -- use in the shower as an exfoliating body scrub (use caution as shower will be slippery after use).

My First Shopping Experience In Warehouse Sales.

Woke up at 7.30 and eagerly awaited for the time of shopping to arrive. It was the Loreal Warehouse Sales at Park Royal Hotel, Kuala Lumpur (opposite Sg. Wang) 10am- 7pm and words could not describe how excited I was as it was going to be my first experience.

I can't say that I was shocked to see tones of people waiting in line to head in. Fortunately I manage to get in at 9 and be the first crowd to ransack the place. Shu Eumura counter was pack with people and I was having a hard time to squeeze in and not to mention been step a few times while waiting for my turn to look at the products. Couldn't get any shu brushes *sigh* one of my main product that I wanted to buy. Maybe better luck next time.

All in all I had fun and I can't wait for the next one to come around again.
